Advocate (Dr. Capt.) Yashraj Tongia is a Partner at InstLegal with a multidisciplinary academic and professional background. He holds qualifications in B.Com, MBA, LL.M., and Ph.D., enabling him to provide strong commercial, managerial, and legal insight in complex matters.
Prior to full-time legal practice, he served as a Commercial Pilot and was later selected by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), serving as a Director in the Government of India. His experience spans government policy, regulatory frameworks, and administrative decision-making.
His diverse background across aviation, public administration, and law allows him to deliver strategic, structured, and outcome-oriented legal solutions, with a practical understanding of both private and governmental processes.
